The Centre has formulated an internationalised talent cultivation programme that delivers modules in English. The Centre offers a number of Core curriculum + general knowledge + frontier courses. The courses include five modules in English: Sustainable Building and Environment, Green Building and Energy Saving, Water Safety and Utilisation, Ecological Conservation and Environmental Safety, and Green Construction and Construction Safety. Interdisciplinary electives are available for both international and Chinese students in related disciplines.

More than ten professors and their teams from the University of Cambridge, the University of Reading, the Imperial College London and may others have been appointed to form an internationalised team with the teachers of the Centre to give lectures. Two courses, "Sustainable Built Environment" and "Environmental Quality and Well-being", have been rated as national excellent courses in English.
